Patrick Hynes has started up a Web site to campaign on behalf of The Passion of the Christ for the Oscars.
It's a shame that such campaigns are necessary in general, for ostensibly merit-based awards. So much more so when the uphill battle is caused by something other than obscurity.

It would just debase it. Sort of like Time Magazine anouncing Jesus as the top man of history. Like He needs TM to make it official or something.
